Recently I heard this dialogue in an ad for bike.I was shocked. Does consumerism has so much power that it could make us oblivious of thought process & intelectual perception!!!!!
I need your comment on that.

I am very confused. 2 years ago I was a very well balanced individual and then I started karate. There is a woman who I knew from the minute I met her I could never ever work well with. I kept my distance from her until we ended up in very close quarters in japan and she gave me the fright of my life. in that she claimed she was going to make a complaint about me and see me gone because she couldn't put up with me. I actually stopped mid argument and stared in shock. then my sensei kept telling me I was losing balance and not in control and that put me out of joint because I need my freedom to be. I am a very independant person the idea that someone would try to control me is very annoying. He uses NLP. I have been refusing to train, and i feel he is trying to change me into a person I don't want to be. I like the person I am. I don't want him to change me and I want to learn karate but I don't know how to tell him to stop. I feel violated by his actions

i have severe arachnaphobia. i cant stand it. i wont sleep with a blanket unless its been shaken out thouroughly, and my bed isnt any where near the wall. i wont sleep with a sheet, or anything that a spider can hide in. before i wear my shoes, i have to take them outside and throw them agaisnt the ground, in case there is a spider in them. now its even worse when i see a spider. oh gosh. even the smallest little spider i freak out and must get as far away from the creature as possible, until is gone or dead.i cant even look at a picture of a spider without freaking out. its so annoying i just want to be normal!!!!!!!! i have no intentions of holding a spider EVER so dont put that in your answer, and i just dont know what to do! any idead to numb down my freakishness?!

from what i understand dreams are pretty much made by a potpourri of smells, sights, sounds, etc. that we have either experienced, read, seen or heard about some time in our lives.

being that, is it possbile for someone like Helen Keller to have had "normal" sensory dreams? if yes, then how?

Every night do you do something that has been part of your routine for a while?
I personally play this game on my phone. I can't seem to get to sleep without it.

Men are not allowed to cry. Woman are allowed. So by crying, we get a kind of chemical out of their system (which i fail to remember the name of) that relieves us of stress, pain, hurt, and stuff. Thats why we say "to have a good cry".
So now the woman feels less angry and stuff. So men (in general), they "are not allowed by society" to cry. When do they relieve their bodies of this chemical? and the stress, hurts, and stuff then? Never really. Can that be a reason why most of jails are made up of men. Killers, rapists, thieves, are mostly men, or most assume.
So, teh question is, do you think that a kind of physochological therapy could be invented to get men (and some women) to cry, therefore relieving the stress, hurt, and pain that accumuled up inside over the years?

Or could they be a pathway directly to the person you are dreaming about. Ive had intense dreams about a person I once knew and have dreamed about them for many years...it feels like I actually connect with them on another level (No drugs involved, just sleep!)

I am afraid of having scars on my face and body. Hence, whenever I touch something sharp or come into close contact with something or someone, I shy away.
I know that this isn't normal.

What should I do?

Why do children do things like...

*Hold thier breath when they are angry
*See how long they can stay awake with thier siblings
*Flush the lavatory and try and say all the members of thier families names before they all die
*Try to make them selves vommit when they cannot get what they want
*Play "your it"
*Argue saying "I didn't do it"... "Yes you did"... "No I didn't"... "Yes you did"... "Did not"... "Did so"... "Did not, can't undo it"... "Can undo it, did not, can't undo it a million times"... "Can undo infinity times"... and so on
*Steel cookies
*Try to get thier sister in trouble
*Cover the bathroom in toothpaste and do experiments with washing up liquid and shampoo
*Pretend that the carpet is actually molten lava
*Try to talk a languide that adults cannot understand
*Create sectret files and filing systems
*Always bounce on Mum and Dads bed
*Try to sleep in Mum and Dads bed, even when Mum and Dad are still awake downstairs
*Eat thier bowgies

Any ideas?
