A few days ago I started writing down my dreams (I should have loooong ago) and my dreams are always quite crude/violent - blood, blindness, no food, fire, death..

Alright, good question.
Dreams still surprise me, and I do write them, however they are mixture of what I have seen, things that I wouldn't do, thing I wish to do. My doctor advised me to write them down and read them later (the illusions that my weary eyes see) Upon this theory that we see about around 150 dreams in our sleep. Most of that we forget.
Writing down only helped me to clear my head.
I had the weirdest dreams, war and gore. Thankful I no more have this 'fear' of sleep because of morbid dreams!

my dreaming and ability to recall them seems to have picked up immensely in the past month. my dreams usually center around a conflict or problematic situation concerning the end of the world.-one time i had a dream that my ex-girlfriends mother was about to perform a satanic ritual to bring about the destruction of existence, and i was the only one who could stop her.- maybe thats not far from the truth. i like to fall asleep with some kind of background noise as well, so, if i fall asleep with the tv on, i usually run the chance of my dreams being scripted to the tv program. that might account for recurring dreams when i fall asleep to movies i've fallen asleep to before.

L2 S2 has a brilliant ambiguity of meaning and feeling. impressive intensity. L1 S3 watercolor international! A nightmare, thank-you for asserting it so superbly. I surely have felt a similar yet on no account had the words. :/ L4 S4 it is so eloquent yet follows from the previous stanza, it is not unexpected in its poignance. S5 follows superbly. something differences after the introduction of the daddy. i admire this poem very plenty you're employing those gentle rhymes like between and unredeemed, dressed, distressed, swirl and international to massive result. Bravo.

I had a dream last night and it was so weird my nextdoor neighbour were funny people they like to kill people and they read books about it humans body part and they curse people but then one day I stole one of their book and read it.They try and curse me but I just hold out the cross on my necklace then they gave up then I dream about the garden that people were working in the gardens in rows the rows next to me were all black people then I look at the people behind me there of heaps of them and I try to divide them equally. I love to know whats this means.I also saw twins with long braid hairs.

anxiety and a lot of stress could cause violent dreams
