Some people will tell you it is easy....

Do this or do that..... and it will be "All Better".....

Truth is, what makes you nervous is what you have to change about yourself so it goes away on its own.

Example; you're nervous but about what?
Making a fool of yourself= study harder so your answers are always better than anyone else's.

Handwriting sucks= steady your hand and write slower so the letters are more legible.

Momma dresses you funny= put extra 'stylish' clothes in your wall locker and change at school.

Identify what is making you nervous and change that is it is no longer a problem...... and use the palm of your hand to steady yourself on the chalk/white board.

You probably have social anxiety disorder and/or a phobia. Check out www.adaa.org. (Anxiety Disorders Association of America). You can check your symptoms w/ their descriptions. What you are describing is very treatable! I'm a therapist and also suffer from anxiety myself-look for a therapist and/or a psychiatrist who can prescribe you medication and see you approx. once per week to talk about it. If you don't want to take meds, therapy alone can be very helpful. good luck!

Ah, social anxiety, as they call it. Same happens with me, but it goes as far as me refusing until they pull me by my ears and throw me towards the board. And then, not just hands, but my whole body shakes.

I don't know how to cure it, but really, the 4 therapists I've been seeing couldn't help me. Idiotic psychologists. Don't trust them. Find another solution.

Isn't that wield? Do you know that happened to me sometime too!!! It happened to me when I focus on the other people while I was in the focus. When I focus to what I was doing then I was OK. No shaking!!! Yours might be in different sisuation, maybe go visit a doctor to see what you can find out.

if you are the teacher-
1) Just think to yourself i am the teacher and i can punish any of the kids if they do anything to embarrass me
2) IF it is because you are nervous, you don't have to be nervous but it could be more serious then being nerivous. if you are that worried go to your doctor and get it x-rayed
3) you might get over it

try not to think about it. you are probably getting nervous b/c you are thinking about it to much. you know the saying "out of sight, out of mind" well try to think that the kids in your class arnt really concerned w/ the neatness of your writing or whatever your actually worried about.

you need to show it doctor and consult him. Ask him to do thyroid tests on u. It is nothing serious but maybe need treatment through some medication.
