Lion

Strong, King of the Domain, Born Leader, Attracts followers, establishes a 'pride' (group).

But since the 'Pride' of Lions is actually the Lionesses doing most of the work.... it could also be said that he "looks th part, but contributes very little beyond a figurehead".

A lion has pride, confidence, and is loyal. So that person has a very strong and confident personality.
