have ever felt as if someone was watching you..??
Don't think of me as a psycho or sumthin like that.. but i'm curious.. because it doesn't really matter what i could be doing.. i always feel as if someone is watching me.. watching my every move... this could be something clean like regular working.. or sitting in class.. or even naughties things like.. well.. you know.. somehow i always tend to look to specific areas because i can 'feel' someone watching from there... even when i'm in my own room.. i sometimes think someone can see me... I always thought this was because my family raised me to be religious.. and they always said "God can see you at all times"... I guess this freaked me out..

so seriously.. how many of you.. [if any] have experienced something like this.. and how did you change it..?

I've been cruising through a lot of 360's lately and I am totally astounded at the number of fake pics. What gives? They're pretty obvious, too. Should someone who posts a pic like that be required to post a disclaimer? Something like "This isn't me, it's just a pic I ::

1) really like
2) wish I looked like
3) was me, but 20 years ago

You get the general idea.

I think my main point is this:
Looks are fleeting. Character matters.

What does this say about these persons character?

Could it be that they feel so bad about themselves that they have to construct a shell to hide the real them?

Are they all supermodels and I'm full of baseless suspicions?

Or, are they simply head cases?

I'm not trying to be mean here, I am truly curious.

I was raised in a very strict Christian home, with a very secluded environment. My dad and mom did not want me to do anything but get married; my dad told me when I went to college that it was pointles: I was just going to end up as a gas station manager. I have made so many odd choices in my life, trying to find out what I want, that now, I feel I am stuck in a life that I was too ignorant to escape.
I am just now discovering all the world that I have missed: what do I do? I am plagued by self-hatred and regret like no one I've ever known. How do I let it go? SHOULD I let it go?

Can anyone explain why i just cant remember anything from a film that i may have only watched just a few hours previously... by the next day, i never remember the name of the film..
but
I can remember mobile phone / landline numbers or web sites i visit or names of people or even some general converstations....

Does this mean i lack intelligence or if its something to do with my attention span..what does it mean?

could this be early stages of old age? im only in my early 30's

I don't know what is wrong with me, but I can't seem to decide what is really Real and what is not. I don't really see a point to life, I don't really feel like doing anything. I just want to sleep, but sometimes I will feel different and really anxious and scared of this world. I don't know what is wrong with me, or if there is something wrong with me. Sometimes people don't understand things I write, but they make sense to me...I try to be extra clear. And also sometimes I like thinking about bizarre things, but my parents tell me to be 'normal' and I just don't get it. I feel like such a stranger, and I have no idea what to do with myself. And then other people tell me I'm random or I keep talking about thing to another...I'm just excited with my ideas, I have so many.

My friend told me that he really thinks I'm an alcoholic. I, of course, disagree. I do drink most weekend....and when I drink...I do get drunk. I always thought an alcoholic is somone who has to drink everyday....like get up in the morning at drink, you know? He told me that an alcoholic is anyone who when they drink, they over indulge. What do you think?

As far having a blood test, or even when given novacaine at the dentist, I cannot STAND needles. They just terrify me. If I have to have a blood test done, I'll be thinking about it all day and freaking myself out even more, while the pain from the needle only lasts about less than 10 seconds in itself.. I know I'm not the only one with this problem, and sorry for complaining. :P I wish I was a heroin junkie, then I wouldn't have a problem with needles haha.

Seriously though, how can I overcome my fear of them? Advice?♥

I just quit football today for a very good reason. It's just not fun anymore its all serious now and the coaches yell at you more and usually when they yell at me my ears get hot and i dont feel good at all. I've been playing football since the 7th grade and i just quit today and i'm in 11th grade. I wanted to just quit but the coach had to get all mad about he's all like "after i talked to you...thats the easy way out". Man i didn't quit because it was hard i really didn't. Then the head coach tells another coach "he wants to quit" and the other coach is like "whats wrong with you?". I couldn't care less about what he says because i know nothing is wrong with me but why am i feeling bad?

Today was the worst day of my life and I am sooooo stressed and I can't figure out how to resolve my problems for today please help me.

1) I asked out a guy named Garrett and he said no 3 times! but not humiliatingly of course

2) I got the worse part in the school play and I have to be in the same group as the girl I hate

3)I was walking in the hall way and all of a sudden some butt head steps on my heal and my shoe comes off then I slide down the hall way untill I fall on my back mean while that kid too my shoe and ran up the 6th grade hall way and I had to chase after him. then I was late to class and my *** hole teacher flipped out

4)When I was walking in the hall way a creepy 8th grader from the getto started hitting on me.

5)I failed my social studies test

6)the girl who hates my guts it friends with another girl who likes Garret and she is going to beat me up becuase I got up the courage to ask garrett out

7) and I got insulted 7 times
