What is the normal course of events during an eposide of sleep paralysis. Is it the result of trying to pull oneself out of a deep sleep because of a very frightening nightmare?

Or does the nightmare occur because of the sleep paralysis and the person begins to awaken?

Also, is it usual to dream of evil spirits during such an episode?

I'm 52 married he works a lot & empty nester.Recently gone through some major changes in life;child overseas;
mom ill; I was ill; remodeled home (shallow yes but stressful); "lost" a dear friend to alcoholism & 1 really disappointed me. Been looking for a purpose/friends in my my life for awhile and I cannot seem to find my niche. Work would be fine but spent most my time raising children and no one wants to hire me. I have tried joining a church, rejoining old friends, joining a book club- things like that, but I have not found any friends in which I have a connection. I've always been pretty popular, am attractive,a good sense of humor & try to be caring. I have faults of course but none that I know that would turn people off. I am a people person & treasure my female friends but the 2 I lost were my closest- the others are nice but it seems hard to build a relationship with them for 1 reason or another.No problems, just no connection.I like deeper women & many are not-only care about shopping, etc. Not used to this & lonely. Others like this? Suggestions? p.s, tire easily since illness

Why is it that some people cant make friends and others are so popular?
I just was wondering is there something in a person from the time their born to make them unpopular. Not shy but just something that keeps a person from haveing friends or keeping them. Is there also something that makes ppl more likely to be popular

Was god know to mankind since the development of language? (Critical Thinking)

God existed even before the existent of time, so let is not debate about this question, save it for the PH.D philosophy or astrophysics ^_^ The following point of views about the existent of god and religion and science may be interesting or ridiculous, who know? You read it and decide yourself ^_^ but it sure will benefit you. ^_^ (I can’t post the this document in 1 page so I have to use “Add detail” to post the whole document.)

Do you believe in evolution? If yes then continue reading.
Do you believe in the cave man? If no then discontinue reading.

There are million of books, statues, materials that related to God. Correct?
There are billion of people believe in God. Correct?
There are million of people that have fought and sacrifice to protect their own god? Correct?

The cave-man had never ever understood any of the statement above. Correct?

I don't know why.. but for some reason.. it is really hard for me to concentrate when I am reading. This really affects me at school because I cannot complete tasks fast! When I read something.. it doesn't go in my head.. instead I have to read it over and over and over again really slowly... what should I do?????!!!???

Several months ago my friend had a dream that I had died, and she had to call me to see if I was okay, which apparantly I am. (We usually talk every day, but we had been busy and hadn't talked much for a few days) Last night she had another dream that it was Midevil times, she was dressed in a long dress (like in a servant dress) and went outside in the street, there was a bathtub in a wagon parked along side the street, she got in there, then she got scared when she seen a man walking down the street, so she sat up and had to cover up with something so she reached to the foot of the tub, and here it was a coffin not a tub. She woke up right away but was wondering what these dreams mean. Just a note of interest, a former co-worker of hers has just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, they were not close at all, but did work together for a few years. Please set her mind at ease.

Everyone there has shiny new cars and are very concerned with having a lot of status symbol like things...purses, watches, gadgets, etc...I don't feel that much like I want super nice things. I am okay with stuff from target and the occasional nice item. I would like to fit in more, but I almost feel like I am expected to change my values to relate. I don't relate and don't expect to, but I am trying to understand. Any thoughts on the matter? I am about 5-6 years older than most of the employees... Also, just wanted to add I am interested in getting to know people from work better, just for work relationship, but frankly, I start the conversations and ask how their weekend was, but not many people ask me back.

was friends with an evil girl in my grade. She got mad at me because someone started a rumor I was dating her ex boyfriend. Its totally untrue. So we never talk but she likes to be an @ss calling me sl*t, bit*h and all sorts of names. My friend John and I work together in geometry and this girl walks up and indirectly insults me. She talks to my friend and waddles over to where we are sitting. she trys to find out what we are saying and always stares at me when shes over at my desk. I have another class English with her. We had a substitute today so the end of the period she walks up the aisle and stands right next to my desk. I'm like can I help you. I'm sick of seeing her face and its like shes trying to get my attention. I've tried ignoring her. What should I do? Multiple people have told her I'm not dating her ex. Is she trying to get my attention? What should I say to her?

Once in awhile you'll get an athletic type, just as an example (that doesn't represent all athletes of course!), who sort of sees themselves as healthy and happy and doing the right thing. Other people sort of see this person that way too, yet the person is really judgmental, especially when it comes to people who aren't like them.

Every time something goes against me or I do something bad in the eyes of someone else like a boss etc. I feel HORRIBLE for days! Even if I didn't think I did anything wrong to begin with. Also with trivial things like my team loses a game or something. The problem is that things like this are really affecting my relationship with my girlfriend, especially when it comes to having to hurt other people (like an ex-girlfriend) because of one reason or another. I don't want to hurt anyone and I think it is because I take things so deep and so hard on myself that I want to spare everyone from any pain, especially people whom sometimes unfortunately will be hurt because the truth hurts. Does anybody out there take things hard like I do? What do you do to overcome that? It is really affecting me. I'm getting depressed again and my girlfriend can't handle my emotions any longer. I love her. I need to know what to change. Please help me!
