Dreams are just dreams. The time always your mind to wander and think of things that you may not want to during waking hours.

Don't make significance of the repeated dream. Rather tell youself when you go to bed that if you dream of water, you will stop and either wake up or start dreaming of (another topic).

Are you thirsty that night? Mind and body are connected. If you have fever or need water badly, you will dream of water. Same goes with bathroom. If you need to go, water will flow into your subconscious mind.

Water can symolize something. It all depends on what you have seen in the dream.

Some women dream of water when they are pregnant. It's very well known. I don't know if it's possible that you are or not but you should look into it. I've had a few with each of my pregnancies. If you're not pregnant I'm not sure why.
