Once in awhile you'll get an athletic type, just as an example (that doesn't represent all athletes of course!), who sort of sees themselves as healthy and happy and doing the right thing. Other people sort of see this person that way too, yet the person is really judgmental, especially when it comes to people who aren't like them.

Yes you are right, you know I have seen this.
I have this one friend that believes she is the only healthy one left in the world, buys organic food, groceries shops at the farm practically, exercises constantly, jogs every day even to work, will not let her husband eat anything he likes, but what she tells him to eat, is a walking medical dictionary, knows every illness and every diet, eats the bare necessity, cooks outlandish health food from scratch, and is real judgmental of everyone. If you get sick it is like your fault. You know you feel suddenly old and real sick when you are with her. Other than that she is a good person.

Yes. Maybe not as healthy as an athlete, but not sick or anything. Happy with herself, yet extremely judgmental of everyone who is not herself.
