I deal with all the people I come into contact every day because I have to. They deal with me, too. I keep close to me the people who have similar interests and who are fun to be around.

I deal with all types of people every day. I deal with toddlers that I am raising. I deal with my grown children, one of whom is mentally challenged. That is why I am raising two toddlers. I deal with the people at my church. Some are older and some are young.

I deal with them all because I am here to serve all I can. I am here to do what I can to make this place a little better. I could go around being grumpy and grouchy and disagreeable but that really wouldn't help me or anyone else now would it?

The reason I deal with them all is because they all need me in one way or another and I need them too.

I deal with people from across all cultures and languages as part of my job. It is interesting to know what makes someone smile in one country probably will get you shot in a different country so always have to be on my toes. In the UK I deal with everyday people - people that are a joy and people that are just big bullies and have never grown up - I do this voluntarily - maybe someone will change because I was nice to them - but then maybe not.
What about you?

I deal with everyday people who want assistance with a specific issue. Sometimes it's rewarding, other times it's frustrating when you know they are not going to heed any advice. It is enlightening to realise how much people will confide in you and sometimes they have nowhere else to turn. I leave every day totally drained but knowing I did my best and that there are always people worse off than yourself.

What type of people do we have to deal with?
Brown nosers, and idiots and liars and bastards that will stab anyone in the back to get more money and get what they feel they are entitled to.
I used to deal with that---I quit that job because the people were making me sick. It wasn't so much the people I just described-it was mostly the people who allowed themselves to be screwed over and refused to say anything---it wasn't only because they were scared to say anything it was mostley because they were used to that behavior(the back stabbing)and it was common place to them.
I'm studying to be a nurse now----I used to work with money and couldn't stand the way it made people behave.
