have ever felt as if someone was watching you..??
Don't think of me as a psycho or sumthin like that.. but i'm curious.. because it doesn't really matter what i could be doing.. i always feel as if someone is watching me.. watching my every move... this could be something clean like regular working.. or sitting in class.. or even naughties things like.. well.. you know.. somehow i always tend to look to specific areas because i can 'feel' someone watching from there... even when i'm in my own room.. i sometimes think someone can see me... I always thought this was because my family raised me to be religious.. and they always said "God can see you at all times"... I guess this freaked me out..

so seriously.. how many of you.. [if any] have experienced something like this.. and how did you change it..?

It's the same for all of us. It is either just a good healthy case of "universal paranoia", or "psychic precognition". We all get the same feelings, some to a greater or lesser extent. I Myself have , as My Scottish Grand Mother would have said, "the Gift of being 'Fey'". Have You ever looked at a bus as it drove past only to notice that someone was, or had been, looking at You? Have You ever thought of somebody and then 'bumped' into 'Them' by chance? It is part of a very, very old survival instinct which would normally lie dormant in the inner most recesses of the subconscious. It is more pronounced in Men than Women. We 'feel' the presence of something, whilst Women are more inclined to 'feel' the company of 'someone' (if that makes sense to You). With You it is less latent, that all. It,s what used to be called "First Scout" syndrome. The Australian Army actually encouraged people with this "sensation" to lead patrols in Vietnam, hence the low combat fatality rates. You should try to hone this instinct and use it to Your advantage. You could be one of the lucky few who has a natural aptitude for Law Enforcement or rescue work. Think about it, and trust Your instincts. Don't be afraid. 'It", ie., "something",or "someone" is watching out for You.

I think many of us have those kinds of feelings, at least from time to time. Some people believe that loved ones who have passed away sometimes like to stay close to those that they loved in life, so that is a possible explanation, though I certainly have no proof of that. I have felt my father's presence a couple of times since he passed away, but not as if he was watching me. Our own minds are powerful entities as well, so if we think that we feel someone watching us, we do feel someone watching us - you know what I mean?

Actually my brother is like that but only when people is around us... He feels everyone is watching him, but that is because he has low self-esteem or something, he feels inferior, and feels that anyone can be judging him at any given moment... For this reason he is also very aggressive to people thinking that they are judging him... but he never feels like that when he is alone.. that might be something else, something deeper in your own beliefs, like you said with god being in all places... I think you could probably fix it if you just simply stop thinking about it and start rapidly thinking in something else, that will entertain your brain a while in something else rather than thinking that somebody is watching you.

No i undertand your question. Have you got something to feel quility about? You need to take a hold on your life.. No one is looking at you or spying on you if YOU dont have anything to hide. If you think that God is looking and yes he does see and what you are doing. But dont please dont let this freak you out. I have felt this before more times than one and we have to go on with our normal life. If you feel something isnt right then quit what you are doing. afterall you have the last say so in your life. You lead your life.

yeah sometimes i feel like that, but not all the time. god CAN see you at all times, but it shouldnt make you feel creepy at work or anything, it should make you feel comferted, unless what you're doing is wrong. everytime you start to feel that just tell yourself that its someone good watching over you, and not a stalker or someting. in time the feelings will pass.
