I support them 120% I loved being in and my sisters fight on the frontlines today. Ask any of those men over there if they care what a persons gender is when the lead starts flying! War has changed, but as always, a Marine is a Marine. Gender has nothing to do with it. A 60# pack? No big deal, it's done all the time.

As a former Army Reservist I full heartedly back woman in all Armed Forces. Now I can see why woman are not in the combat situation. Because men would be distracted worrying about a female getting hurt even though the woman could handle her own. Plus men in the field can go days or weeks without a shower and for a female that would have a major hygiene problem for us, esp do to our menstration. I has brought up to believe a woman can do anything a man can do but maybe in our own way. Yes alot of men are stronger than most females but it doesnt mean we cant do most things men can do. So yes I believe females have every right to be in any Armed Forces she wants to be in.

Support meaning?? should they be in it or in front lines?
I think there are lot of jobs for women, but I don't think they shold be in front lines due to physical differences.

BANANA,
HOW SOULED WE ANSWER YOUR LEADING QUESTION?IT'S OBVIOUS A WOMAN WITH A RIFLE CAN KILL A MAN LIKE ANOTHER MAN. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE COMBAT ROLES FOR MEN VS. WOMEN, THE MEN GET THE VOTE IN A COMBAT SITUATION FROM ME AS THEY CARRY THAT 60 lb. FIELD PACK ON THEIR BACK.
THERE IS A REASON WHY WOMEN ARE NEVER IN COMBAT ROLES!

(as a former Marine)
ALL Marines are rifle shooting warriors when needed.
i don't have issues with WM's in supporting roles, i do have issues having them assigned to combat units.
