i think im in the same place you are my friend..
Im confident i am coming out of it now..

You listed all these things that are happening.. and your asking how can you change so that you can keep these things from happening..

The people answering you here are speaking from their experiences and their lives...
I read someone said something about confidence..

Be confident in yourself that you can overcome these worried and sadness.. Look inside yourself and find things that you love..
if you want to smile everyday find a reason.. your own reason

everyone's is different. some people live for their children.... some people live for their love of ..sports.. karate...religion..

I personally have been living to experience and enjoy life.. all of it
the pain, the sadness, the happiness, the fullness of it all...

Because we only have one life.. why spend all of it thinking inside one's head..

I would say that you should try to find some friends that make you feel good about yourself and that you can have fun with... Maybe you could take up a sport at school. Excercising often helps people with moods as well. If you try to do everything you can to make yourself feel better and you can't then I would go talk to a school guidance counselor and maybe visit a doctor. This could be a case of hormonal imbalance.

i went through the exact same thing last year. i grades were HORRIBLE. you just have think positive. i know, its hard. think of a time where you were ridiculously happy or think of things that put a smile on your face. give all your problems to God and fully rely that he will make things better for you. go to your family doctor and tell him what symptoms your having, you may even want to consider going to a counselor. i did all of those things, and Ive never been to happy in my life. being depressed STINKS. i lost alot of my friends, i was way shy and not outgoing what so ever. but now, heck, I'm the class clown! i love feeling happy. when I'm down, i just think of something that i love and it makes me smile. just take one day at a time, you'll get to feeling happier as time passes. every one has their ups and downs!

I believe that U can help you, I think I went thru the same thing and guess what this is only a phase instead of worring about the things you can not change { your friends, parents, people} these things you can not change, but you have your own world and you can control you and your actions, you can crack a smile even when you have nothing to smile about, it really pisses everyone else off, because misery loves company. You be the one who takes control of your world, I know you can do it. You done it before.

If you focus on something you can look forward to at the end of the day, it will make your whole day better and make you happier. Maybe you look forward to sleeping when you get home from school, hey that may sound kind of depressing, but simple things like that always make me happy. I also try to change things up a bit to keep my life exciting. Certain things like going out to eat every friday, etc, etc. can help bring you out of a depressing week.

Try a club at school that you are interested in. Get a new hobby, and thank God everyday you are healthy. There are people in worse situations. Get a joke book and read it. It's hard to bring yourself up sometimes, but you can do it. You are worth more then you give yourself credit for.

make small changes first, and everytime you leave the house, remind yourself to smile. Lowering your stress would help also, but with school, probably adding humor into it would help, joke around while learning, it helps.

Pretend your banging paris hilton or christina aguilera. That thought always makes me walk around confident.
