Psychology - December 2006

I think theres something wrong. I don't get caught up in the latest fashons, makeup etc; I prefer to be on my own, and am not interested in relationships in the slightest. Everything appears so superficial to me. My outlook is to the greater future. Is this wrong? I'm just hoping Im not the only one that feels this way.

What is your opinion? Do you think that there are people in the world who are not criminally insane but are just completely bad and couldn't be helped by anyone or anything? How do they get to be like that?

Sometimes I speak loud while being alone and I am saying repetitive nonsenses about real people, .
All is related to a period in my life when I was lived in a big tension, I survived a 10 days revolution with gunshots. (16 years ago )
During speaking i enter in state of agitation, i shake hands that i have for longer time.
I have downs and lows in energy i am very changing.

In real life i'm very extroverted and confident but online and on the phone im very insecure and shy?? why?

At the moment I am deciding on between 3 different places, and they all have there pro's and con's as most things do. Wherever I decide dosn't affect my work etc as I am a student and wherever I choose I will be doing the same course. I am single so I really only have to please myself.....

Because I can't possible see into the future, I can't possibly know which option to take, as I don't know how each one will work out. Whichever option I choose I will be gaining something and losing something else. My head just spins, and spins when I am deciding on things like this. Normally in the end I am forced to make a decision because of the time factor. But for every major decision like this that i make , i seem to always go through months of head spinning trying to work out which option would be best-which for me is virtually impossible.

my best friend's guy has flunked his 12th xams 4 the 2nd time....she is appearing for her class 12th xams this year(for the 1st time...)...now dis guy will obviously feel bad as he has flunked twice n this girl is also appearing for the same standard's exams....advise people...

Mine was somethjing I heard on T.V years ago. Dont hate people for the bad things they do to you, Wish them well instead. worked for me ovber the past 3 years. as anger is a poison in its self. dont forget to thumbs up or down on my question. thanks.

My bf abused me in june coz he saw me dancing with another guy. He broke up n told me im a cheap gurl along with abuses . then he stopped contacting me. But after a month he started contacting through text mesgs. Again not very pleasant mesgs. but now on 14th nov he again abused me as he kept asking me through text mesgs if i had gone on a date with another guy. But i kept silent and he again abused me through mesgs tht im a prosti**te. He told me he wants to slap me n abuse me . When 2 mesgs were sent by chance to him by me, He abused me n mesgd tht if another mesg i send...he will break my hands n abused me. Why does he abuse me???I replied tht im very much scared of him n to keep away from me . He considers me to be a very cheap gurl whereas i was with my parents when he thought me to be dating with some guy as his friends told him so.He only trusts his friends n they keep telling him im bad.NOW HE SENT 2 MESGS ON 2DEC.I MESG-HOW'S UR BF?2-I MAY B SILENT BT DEEP IN MY HEART I MISS U

I've tried to go back to sleep and the nightmare keeps coming back. Its a real scary dream. One I've never had before. So scary it made me sick to my stomach. Please help, I have sleeping problems as it is. I don't want to be up all night.
Any suggestions?

I am 18 and have just entered University. I have been reading a lot of phychology, philosophy, politics and doing a lot of mathematics. I am going kind of insane and the ideals that I learn from these books make life blunt and pathetic. Before girls were nice to look at but now all I see is grtoesque and vulgar reproductive games. The night no longer seems long to me(possibly due to mathematics), it is only from midnight to daw at 5:00am, so only 5 hours and it seems useless to sleep. When I try to sleep I get haunting dreadful ideas and thoughts about death, and how men before me have died, and I feel bad because so many great men before me are now no-existent. I have given up religion, commiting myself to study to aid men, but men's reproductive games are so vulgar, so overall I am going somewhat insane. How can I fix this problem, and don't suggest stop reading books because I wanna get really smart without the paranoia sideeffects
