I have a lot of experience in a particular field. Still I could not start an organisation for myself.

See there may be several situations which may be preventing you from starting an organisation of your own. If you had given more details probably you might have got some light on how to come up with one. With the information you gave we all can just say some soothing words thats all. For that matter I would like to tell you that to start an Organisation you need more than just talent. Please check out what are the things which you may be lacking on. Try to over come that and you will soon be able to start your own organisation. To start organisation is not a big deal but to keep it running is a challange. To get work and there by funds for the organisation is the 1st challange. The next one is to keep up with quality and quantity of the work as promised to the customer. If you have these basics strong then think of funds to start your organisation.

Well...your question is a puzzle. In general, the motivation to start your own enterprise is different from working in another enterprise. Vast experience does not necessarily mean that you must have your own org. Its perfectly fine to be of value to another enterprise/company too...so dont worry!if the stage is ripe, when you feel you need to move on and do something on yourself (and are prepared to face the risks/rewards) then you should think of starting your own firm, else all is well

wat ever the expertise u have in a field u should have the main source to establish a organisation of own
if had money u need adminstration skiils to handle the company to grow in all aspects.
if had u need dedicated working staff.
if had u need a kind heart to look after them better for gaining profit as well social service(service to mankind is service to GOD).
to have all above u need GOD blessings

think positive(if sthing not happened as u think means god is thinking of giving something very good).
expertise urself better in the mean time

confidence,determination,endurance,palnning,observation,business ethics,adoptablity,learnablity,leadership,clear talker,humbleness,care ....do u lack any of these?
if u have the above qualities ...sure u will win.these are qualities that are hidden in each man.
some are sucessful because they have these qualities them selfs.
some cannot with stand because they lack above
