I feel scared every day.I have raised up 5 children without the help of their dad, have a home that has to be taken care of and an elderly lady living with me to care for.Fear comes to me everyday, but I know perfect love(as the word of God says) cast out all fear, and it does when I ask the Lord for help,Fear is healthy as long as you don't let it rule.

Twice a day...

Once when I listen to the news on my way into work...

The second is when I listen to the news on the drive home from work.

Today was 3 times... because I just finished reading the yahoo article on the dead sea shrinking 3 feet every year.

Usually I get scared when I hear news on dramatic changes in different environments around the world.

I started feeling axious and nervous eversince we had a major earthquake a couple of months ago here in Hawaii. I live in a 30th floor and that scared the hell out of me, seeing the whole building shake sideways. So now I have insomnia because of that, I'm just so afraid of dying that way.

Fear is an innate response to things that can hurt us. Once we have mastered our fears (i.e. not touching the stove burner) then there is nothing to fear. Me personally, I have conquered all my innate and irrational fears (i.e. fear of snakes) so I fear nothing of this world. My only fear is as a Christian come judgement day..."did I live my life as God intended or not...will I live in paradise or burn in hell?"
