Ive recently noticed that the majority of black people are scared of dogs, white people are scared of hights... Why is that? Could it be genetic memory??

You ever met a black that is not scared of heights? Look at guys who work on water towers and such. They are mostly white. I have worked on a lot of high places and never met a black person up there.

How could it be genetic memory? Were blacks in prehistoric times raised on the ground and whites up in trees or something?
Were prehistoric blacks attacked by more dogs than prehistoric whites?

No, its not genetic. Many people are not crazy about heights, black or white...its just a fear of hitting the ground after falling. And as for dogs, it depends on where the person grew up. Many dogs bred in the inner city are used for guarding and/or fighting...they are not nice little puppies so there is a legitimate fear of dogs. If you were to ask this question of many people, you'll find that people that grew up in the inner city will fear dogs more than those from the suburbs. And unfortunately, in the US the inner city is predominantly minority. Thus the answer to your question.
