Personality hands down. Physical beauty comes second. Why would you fall in love with a supermodel when her personality was that of a crazed woman. She would quickly become mystically ugly even physically. She would make me physically sick. Good looks and good personality are good together for sure.

I was gonig to say depends on the relationship - if its just sex then you only need looks
But...
It takes more than a cute bum and sexy eyes to get me into bed - i'm much more likely to be laughed into bed than swooned by his good looks
So for me, yeah looks are great, and physical attraction is a major contributor to "do i want to bother talking to this guy to find out if he has a witty retort", but its not the be's knee's
However, some people just wouldnt go with anyone they didnt consider totally gorgeous - whether they just require high levels of physical stimulation, or they jsut want something prety on their arm / in their bed (applies to men and women the same), then that's their choice

Neither .... if you seek a partner and you choose someone you have an attraction (magic) what develops over time is whats important. Keep looking for the magic..

Looks are obviously important cos lets be honest u would not date someone you weren't attracted to, but personality is the key factor that make u like a person!

Personality is the most important thing for me - it doesn't matter if a guy is my physical type (Lauri Ylonen, Billie Joe Armstrong, Bam Margera), cos if he acts in a way that I don't agree with, or if he has beliefs that go against mine, then I am not going to be interested.

In our partner we see him/her by the eyes of our heart. No matter looks or personality. And as u r seeing ur partner from the heart's eye it will shows ur partner complete in all aspects.
