From a Christian point of view: You have to account for the way you've spent you life. It helps to have a lawyer, but there is only one who can actually help you.

Well, i'm guessing since i'm Pagan, that you will either be buried or cremated. your spirit will then go to whats called Summerland (Heaven)( for all you christians). where you will then wait to be reincarnated with your new body.
