why she is in dilema?
i don't find any wrong in that

is he differentiating anything and feeling odd.
if yes tell him that it is natural phenomenon and accompany him in all evens n odds. that is the real sense of love.

she has to feel bad n leave him but not happened why that guy should bother. tell him that.
give him confidence
push him
guide him
make a combined study
tell him think positive
give the force that is needed

Hmm Isnt 12th standard too early to decide a life partner!! The guy should have been concentrating on his studies at this important stage. And now your friend is appearing for her 12th class exams, so she should be studying really hard. Tellher not to get diverted into such matters right now and spoil her career and life. The guy will definetly be envious if the girl passes out this year and he doesnt. I think they are already headingfor a split.

just feeling bad n again njoyin with friends will lead him to flunk his 12th xams 3rd time too so tell him to be serious abt his exams first n then concentrate friends n enjoyment
combine study with ur friend will help him to fail third time bcoz they will just waste their time n ur frnd will also suffer
so advice him for a nice private coaching bcoz they take an extra effort to make him better in his subjects
n just go through all back papers
working hard will only lead to success no shortcuts will help him
be fast bcoz board exams are appearing soon

ask your friend to leave that guy as soon as possible, because if this continued further, the same guy will be flunking the same exam third time as well......& the gap will extend more

12th std is too early to be involved in relationships buddy....both r too young to even think of such useless things...so it really doesnt matter even if he stays in the same class for another 10yrs
