This often seems to happen in the background of my dreams. The storm usually gets worse where we have to run for cover in my dream. Any thoughts? I never had a serious experience with storms. What could this symbolize?

i know quite a few people who can sing this to themselves and it includes the financial aspect of their lives, their social circle, family, you name it.

my question is why do they have to be so mean to others? they have been truly blessed with so much and yet they can be so rough & inconsiderate towards others

any ideas why

I recently found this chick I usted to have a crush on in highschool on myspace and so far ..it's been alright..she gave me her phone number the second I sent her a message saying who I was and seemed really excited to hear from me...but I seem to be reacting to her the exact same way I did ( all freaked out at the slighted notice that she might want to stop talking to me, which I now realize wasn't a true reaction..but thats a different story.)
and I am wondering if I am having trouble seeing her as she is now, and not like she usted to be(which was a stereotypical viewpoint of someone who is very attractive to since I now know was inaccurate) ..she also seems to bring out my whiny qualaties..something I 've been trying to get rid of since I saw her last..but I have this feeling that I need her in my life for some reason..and realized she's alot like me.
How do I start to see her the way she is now and show her how much I've changed?

i just read a question that was something to the effect of what are some good places to visit in arizona? someone replied with i dont know i live in new york. why do people even waste time doing that? it doesnt help with anything, its just annoying. these are the same people who answer a question that has 25 answers already, all of them the same. do the world a favor, and jump into a woodchipper.

ALSO those people who will probably answer this question with youre mean, you should keep your opinion to yourself. blah blah blah STFU and join the people in the ceremonial wood-chipper-jumping-into.

I somehow believe that everyone has it's own world ,made by his thoughts and yet i can't figure out (and am very curious)where lies the connection between everyone's realities and how this world-harmony can work?!you probably have read or heard of those positive/creating/control of thinking and how we with our thoughts make our world...so how come...are those everyday people real or what?

I've heard there are many perspectives to attack a dream with, as either a complete compilation of your imagination, or possibly your inner wants and cravings that arent socially acceptable etc. I want to know which would be the closest to the truth. There are always dreams that seem both ways, so I dont want to just follow what one person says and disregard something that could mean a lot.

My life has been twisted into a different persona wanting me to humble myself from their economic and individual hypocritical standpoints. All they do is hold their hands out wanting to receive and when you need help and you ask you beg help me please. They walk past you and forget what you did for them, and who you were. You are not a memory in their selfish animated exisistance of what I call a hard and cold reality. My memories of a poor excuse for a child-hood have blinded me, unknowingly knowing how to possess the characteristics to make choices to fit in the web of the system I stand alone. I sit in the dark and hold out my hand, but I receive nothing. I sit alone in the darkness giving what I don’t have and I have what I don’t want. My wants are caused from a greed of sacrificing what i had, my hate grows because you care not.
I want to be free from all of the memories that haunt me while I sit alone waiting for you to come and save me from myself. I am afraid and mean nobody any harm although I am translated to being something that I am not. I am starting to feel comfortable alone my body is starting to harden form all of these years from sitting in the shadows. What do I do? Who am I? I am ready to come out of the shadows will you help me?

There is a user on here (probably more than one actually, but I have particularly noticed this one) that seems to answer a lot of questions with derogatory remarks. Many times he completely ignores the content of the question and only says something rude about the spelling or grammar, even if the question is serious. (Yes, one of them was mine!)
He only ever answers questions (to date, over 800) but never asks any.
He also does not show his contact detail so there is never any recourse for the people he has abused.
My question is this,
What do you think makes him this way?
I am interested to hear the views of anyone with a background in psychology
But all answers are welcome.

I have 8 y/o and 5 y/o daughters. The 8 y/o always wants to go next door and play with a 9 y/o girl. The 8 y/o gets bored playing with the 5 y/o. My 8 y/o is very kind hearted but the 9 y/o ignores the 8/yo and will do things like play with her brother and when the 8 y/o goes over she will say she can't play because she has homework. My wife and I think the 9 y/o is rude and we wish our 8 y/o would just let it go. We try to be supportive in any way we can but it's very hard for my wife and I to watch our 8 y/o get rejected continously by this 9 y/o. Our 8 y/o always asks one of us first if she can go over and see if the 9 y/o wants to play and because she seems so bored we allow her to do it. Sometimes she comes back crying. I have advised the 8 y/o that the 9 y/o is mean and she should stay away from her but I don't want to ban her from going over there. Is there anything else you would do in this situation?
