Dear Big Butt going straight to the Nut Hut--
Respectfully, I shall refer to you as this since I do understand how embarrased you must be in this position and couldn't sign your name. What kind of treatment do you need for your behind? I suspect its mental. All mental institutions must accept all mental cases, so if the shoe fits, put them on and take a walk there.
You really should call before you leave to ask if there are some very very large rooms, beds, chairs and many people in the hospital to help to move you about. I 'm sure there will be enough time, because it will take you a long time to get there. Oh, and if you can't get that thang in the car, go by ambulance. Call ahead for that too so that can make sure the manpower is available and the hoist is sufficient.
You didn't say if your behind is voluptuous and shapely, but here is some advice from one woman with a voluptuous and shapely behind to another of the wide-type behind. Be prepared for frequent checks for lumps, offers for massages, people leaving asking for help in stuffing their suitcases, Proctology visits from groups of 20 or more medical trainees with colorful gloves on, and constant suggestions to use the butt compression stockings. You may also experience mysterious little pinches when no one seems to be around. You should be aware that someone really is around and squeezing your behind only you missed it all because it takes some time to roll that junk so you can turn around and check the area.

Yes, My behind is 52 inches and I have been in a mental intuition six different times.Size does not matter.
