What are the concerns, major and minor, with inflation? I'm not exactly sure why it's such a bad thing.

Ok, so my best friend is a girl and I was wondering, since it happened today. When girls sit on guys laps, playfully, do they know how hot it is and feels to the guy?. Or do they do it intentionally and enjoy it? I was wondering, because even though I often tell my best friend that she's like a sister to me, and I do mean it, she is hot and I can't help seeing her in that way also. No matter how protective and loving of her I feel, istincts still kick in when her great a.ss is on my lap. I know she isn't flirting with me (at least not in a serious way) but do you think she knows how it makes me feel? We are 15 in case that matters.

You know how you are in class and understand a question and then get home and don't have a clue. That is what I am experiencing right now... I am in a college counseling course where we are studying different theories and these are the questions that i have to write a paper on.... can you simplify these for me? Thanks!!!

What relationship do you see between your own personality/style/voice and the basic tenets of the theories we've covered so far? Elaborate on those theories with which you resonate. Why do you think this is so? How do you see yourself using these theories in practice? How do you see yourself using these theories for self-understanding?

Thanks soooo much!!!!!

After a long night of unrest and constant waking up you will obviously proceed to yawn for most of the following day. And just as you are most tired you will be in a crowd or a room with a large group of people, who will do just sa you are (yawning of course)

What are some of yours (or someone you know) that you don't mind sharing. I find that I tend to be overly critical of others...sometimes of people I don't even know.

i have zombie dreams. All the time. I wake up knowing I have to prepare for the coming of zombies. Its funny. I love zombie flicks.
But these dreams are so real. Everyone is different. Except that I never have my gun! I really think that the end is near. Zombies or government soldiers or UK army or f-ing green peace. I think its my fear of hostile takeover. I'm not a nut. Or a black helicoptor type person. It's just constant zombie dreams. They are starting to get not fun. Why do you think i have them?

The stone in my hand represents an emotion
and if I throw the stone into the water,
it creates a pattern
Our body consists of 66% water.
So a good fight is like a brick thrown into the water.
If you loose someone dear
it is an storm at sea to your body.
Your cells shape themselves like
the patterns the stone creates when it is thrown into the water.
You can not escape the stones being thrown into the water,
as they are like karma thrown into the ocean of samsara.
The endless pounding waves.
All the people in your life are like the stones
some small, some big.
You can't blame them for creating those patterns in your water.
Those patterns are for you to look, study, embrace, accept, liberate, love and detach from.

Since I was a young teenager like...11 - now I have this weird problem.. here are some examples..
* I would be sitting in my high school classroom and I'd stare at the door and then I'd imagine that the door would suddenly open and hit the student next to it. Or that it would some how open so fast that it would make a really loud noise....
* I would have constant thougths about accidents that could happen to me...like if I was doing something with sharp objects etc.. I'd imagine horrible scenes like those objects poking my eyes or eye and losing them. Or losing one of my limbs and being horrified. * and sometimes when I drive I get these crazy ideas...like say I imagine me suddenly changing lanes to the opposite direction and crashing. And I get scared that it may actually happen or that i'll do it and I try to forget it. * and when I am bymyself for a whole day or not having a lot of conversation I start having all these weird thougths...and like I need to talk or else i'll go crazy

say that you are the driver of the car....you are the only one in the car.......
you are the only caregiver of your child...there will be no one left if you pass on
you have been the only one there to meet your childs needs emotionally, financially...etc...to no fault of your own. (what if they are in some way disable and depend on you fully also)...
o.k. the question is this.........if you swerve to miss the child that has just walked into your lane, you will be killed, ( you will not miss semi-truck in other lane) leaving your child with absolutly no one but the state....and I mean no one..........
if you kill the child who has just walked into your cars path...well, we all know the answer to that one..
my question is this..........are you not just as responsible, if not more responsible for your own childs wellbeing???
I am not a monster, just want opinions........
keep in mind, you can add nothing...there is no hidden aunt ready to take your child...he/she will be all alone

I've been having troubles for the past week or so. I've always been a sort of 'depressed' person. I get these moods sometimes for no reason, where nothing will cheer me up. I've been better for about a year, but the past week, things have gotten worse. I've been having nightmares for the past week, to the point that I'm afraid of going to sleep. I can't tell anymore if I'm awake or dreaming. I'm upset - really depressed, with no reason to be. My life is completely on track. I have a fabulous fiance, I'm at a great school, pretty much I have nothing to complain about, but... I'm still unhappy. I started crying today for no reason. Sometimes, I just want to go to sleep and not wake up. Today I was commuting to work, and started thinking hard (i'm not going to though) about just crashing into the cement highway dividers, and how easy it would be. I don't like thinking this way. What's wrong with me?
