...not necessarily...but it certainly would help. Generally it's a big old urinary signal from the brain trying to steal blood from the big head that wakes up the little one. In turn the erection occurs. This happens many times during the sleep period. Usually a man wakes up in the morning with an erection...hence the early mourning sex stuff ladies. Get used to it I suppose. Better yet...just enjoy the beauty in it really. We men love our own erections too. What else is new though?
