ive herd of superstition about being scared of black cats but i have no problem with black cats, or any cat at that. the only thing that has "struck fear in my heart" is when im walking outside by my self and i see a gray cat just staring at me, i feel like something really really bad is going to happen when i see one and im paranoid for about a week. im sound of mind i promise, and im not goth or "emo" but i just feel like someone is going to die in the family or i remeber seeing one a week before 9/11 (let all that died that day rest in peace, God Bless America. We Will Never Forget). i wanted to know why this scares me so darn much, please answer me someone.... only serious answers, i dont want anyone telling me i need a strait jacket or need to be in the cuk house.

Its seems like every book ,or movie about prison, makes it seem that prisons are full of innocent people being treated barbarically.
I'm sure , given our twisted police state, that there are innocent people in prison, but do you feel sympathy for many or any of them. Do you think there should be different prisons for each kind of crime. Should the guy who got caught smoking pot, be dodging rape from the guy who raped a baby, or axed his mother? And how fair do you think sentencing is in this country?
I know there are different levels of prison, but it seems that because of crowding , lots of different levels are thrown together.
Does Prison work? Is it working as a deterrent?

We constantly see some creationist trying to either remove teaching of evolution in biology classes in school or trying to add a statement that they should look at intelligent design (aka -god - bible). I can understand the problem was fresh and science new on this subject one hundred years ago but the overwhelming evidence for evolution is striking with science making more discoveries.
In some countries (like Canada), this issue is barely alive while in the United States, it is still pretty active. Although one can explain this difference with the fact the USA is a more religious country than Canada (and others), I am wondering when the social challenge this pose will be resolve.
Will this issue grow with time or resolve itself?

anyways, back to the question. Are you afraid of going to hell because you sinned? even if you are athiest, have you ever thought: jeez, it would really suck to go to hell and get skinned/burned/eaten by demons/cooked alive over and over again for all eternity?
