Well up until 6 months ago I would definetly have said knowledge. I was a rational, sane, smart gal that knew exactly what I wanted and where I was headed. I am educated, and have seen and dealt with many things (as most people have.) But then I feel in love, and was controlled by my emotions. (pretty horrible) I didn't have much control over how I felt and I tried to rationalize my behavior and make the choices I knew were logical...but my decision where skewed because the emotion was TOO powerful. so, that being said, if you are in a normal rational state it is very likely that your knowledge will have more influence in your life, but if you are currently suffering from a horrible condition aka love...you may be influenced by emotion which is pretty powerful and it will be the driving force that makes the decisions. NO....they are not the same thing.

From some of the answers you see in this forum, do you still have a question? Or, actually need an answer? Emotions are the lowest level of the intellect.. don't think knowledge is too accessible there. Emotions usually escape the level of knowledge and understanding.

Look at some of the answers to emotional questions on these pages posted....most people answer the question emotionally before they even start processing the knowledge or where to go to obtain the knowledge. From what I have read, they shut down emotionally and do not even get into the logic state.

Emotions.
Knowlegde is facts. What we do with those facts depends on our emotions.
Knowledge is but a tool to be used by our emotions.
Einstein was one of our times most knowledgable people. But it was not his knowledge that made him great. It was his passion to change the world and discover that made his life and what he did with it ledgendary.

Our knowledge. I feel that way because we react to things we know about and learn about. The more we learn, the more knowledgable we become, and react accordinly to the world and things around us. Our emotions are stimulated by what we learn, and acomplish. Without knowledge, we would be so emotionally deprived of may feelings we would never feel or know about.

i'd say it's equal but they're not the same thing:
our emotions influence what we do with our knowledge.

Humans make decisions based on emotions and justify them with logic. Buying is based on emotion, and someone is trying to sell you something everyday...even you are selling to yourself. People do things they know are not in their best interest (smoking, over eating, etc.). We do this for the immediate benefit the behavior provides. To change, we have to change what the behavior means to us...change the emotional state we associate with the behavior.
