All humans originated from the same place. Asia. After spreading so far there was nowhere to go until a hard winter froze the Baring strait. Linking russia with the americas. Thats why American indians look so asian. and alot of the languages sound the same. So actually we are all the same race just diffrent variations.

There is only one race in the world, the human race. You can take any two humans and they can make a child (baring in mind they are of different sex and are able to have children).
If you're asking why there is different skin colors in the world it's because after the Flood the spread of people went out upon the Earth (a long story short). The melonin in their skin helped them survived in their respective environements. Those who went to a place with a lot of direct sunlight increased their production of melonin (Africans). Those who went to places without much didn't have to produce melonin and became white (Eurpoeans).
People are different "races"/colors because of their heritigage being in a constant environment and producing (or not) melonin.

I'm not sure...-but I suspect that most of the races evolved according to the Environment those people lived in. Since people didn't used to move around much in mans early history- their bodies tended to adapt to the climate, the availability of food, and the kind of effort it took to get food. Personally- I think it's kinda cool! I mean, think about it; -wouldn't life be rather dull- if EVERYONE had blond hair, blue eyes- & looked like Paris Hilton?!...-I mean, ewwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! :)

Maybe for the same reason there are so many different animals or flowers or vegetables or fruits or landscapes, etc. What a wonderful, beautiful planet we live on!!!!

Skin color? Eye color? Eye Shape? Nose Shape?
From there... hmmm... people who live in high evalations have bigger lungs. People living closer to the sun ..have darker skin.
