I know it's a stupid question, lols. Like they would see some of their species as sexy or not, for the purpose of selection, just like we do. It's just that we arn't capable of seeing them that way because we are not their species. And they don't see us that way either.

My brother is obsessed with snapping turtles. In fact he dreams about them once a week. So I want to know if people have had any experiences that would suggest that they "are dangerous."

The giant squid (only found dead) is one of the great mysteries. They have vacuumed up a few just hatched babies, but the soon die.

I think that they die due to the huge pressure difference and that is probably why they are not seen except when dead.

What do you think?

I know other animals have snot (I DO have to dogs, and they've sneezed on me more than once), but I'm talking about the golden nuggets that seem to aflict humans. Do other animals have boogers?

This is purely an academic question.

Cheetahs can achieve speeds over 110kph in a sprint. If I fall out of a car or drop a motorcycle at similar speeds, chances are I will die. What happens to the big fast kitty if he steps into a pot-hole at 110?

The Japanese claim they kill all those minke whales for "scientific" research, but then they eat the meat, losing scientific credibility in the process. Now they want to kill endangered Fin whales too. The Norwegians just like the taste of whale, which at least is honest.

To even up the odds for the whales, I'd like a chance to go out in a boat to hunt and harpoon the whalers. Would anyone else sign on as crew?
