I mean the thinking process. Is it same for humanbeings and animals, birds and other livingbeings. i mean a Dolphin can be given a name and called repeatedly.to do some acrobatics by giving training like animals in a circus. A parrot can recognize persons call them by name.all these actions are due to the presence of mind in them and some maturity also..

A Guide to Bats says that bat calls undulate loud shouts between 35-18kHz risings and falling 4 times in 35ms. What does 'ms' stand for? is it milliseconds or minutes?

I mean, I understand if they can't clone dead extinct animals like dinosaurs and such, but what about endangered species? If they could, wouldn't that solve the whole "ENDANGERED" crisis? Just curious

I call it the "spider mosquito". (Yeah, I know... lame)
It's like a mosquito, just that it's pretty f*ck!n big. Each black-and-white leg can be about 2 inches long, though its body is only about a little over 1 inch long.
When it lands on something (wall, floor, etc) it tends to stay bobbing around, with its legs acting as coils or springs or something.
I've come across nearly 4 or 5 of them. Needless to say they don't make it out of the encounter.

Can anyone tell me about this insect?

I was looking at my pet rabbit lying around on its side...full of fur. Then the question came to mind. Do all animals have bellybuttons? I mean, humans have them...do animals like dogs, cats, rabbits have them? They all had an umbilical cord in their mothers womb...so I was assuming so. Is it that they are so full of fur that we can't see it?
