They like humidity...is it wet there? Maybe it's snail mating season.

It could possibly be from the hot weather and the snails are trying to find water to drink. Also if you mean snails in your garden there maybe a fine water source available, due to hot weather, or maybe there is fine grass to feed on and enough shade to stay cool.

Wet and Humid conditions.

They love that.

Also lots of nice juicy fresh plant growth.

they allways come out after rain ,they love wet conditions,woudnt u come out for a drink after 2 weeks of dry weather
