Cheetahs can achieve speeds over 110kph in a sprint. If I fall out of a car or drop a motorcycle at similar speeds, chances are I will die. What happens to the big fast kitty if he steps into a pot-hole at 110?

that paints a very funny mental image in my head. thanks, I needed that!!..my guess is the big fat kitty probably at the very least breaks a leg... or face or skull...

Same that happens to any other running animal when it trips: it falls.
It's more probable than might be the average opinion, though, since the open grassy savannah, which is their preferred habitat, most likely contains lots of aardvark holes and...well all of us who suffered the embarrassment of falling into one of those will vouch that a cheetah on speed may well fall victim to that now and then... Must say, it does bring a chuckle to mind.

She'll stumble, maybe fall, maybe break a leg, which is a death sentence. But among all those maybes, one thing is certain...the gazelle got away...and the cheetah goes hungry.

He will simply disappear...they are going so fast that if they trip or fall they simply implode with nothing but a small poof left over, its quite amazing i have seen it happen once.

i've seen one fall, its not as bad as everyone says. it just tripped and rolled over itself and then it got back up and walked away. they also have VERY VERY good balance and agility which means there is a slim chance that they will trip in the first place.
