I can feel the energy surrounding the body as well as the variation of intensity. Is there any credible scientific research or research projects, that verify the body's external energy field, and if so, where, when, and what instrumentation was used. Also is there a correlation with indications/variations
shown by current technology e.g. EEG/MRI etc. devices. Also,What is used to validate the energy meridian theory for which acupuncture is based.?

When I was a child I suffered a lot of tonsil infections, at that time I was treated with tons of antibiotics, and eventually I was diagnosed with chronic tonsilitis, after several years of pain and suffering my tonsils were finally removed at age of 15. Then I started to live a "normal" life, so to speak. When I got my first job a hearing test was performed on me on a special isolated cabin, they did not tell me the result but it was obvious that it went wrong. However I never felt that I had hearing limitations and supposed the bad hearing test was due to old equipment. Since I am fully billingual and have good communications skills besides musical abilities, I really never noticed anything wrong, but since I married four years ago my wife keeps telling me that I am almost deaf and that I do not pay attention to her. WE FOUND I HAVE BAD HEARING!! and the worst: apparently I am slowly loosing hearing. haven't gone to the physician yet, but I wish to hear opinions. any hope?

I mean applied topically, but it wouldn't hurt if some of this stuff entered the body. Like if one were a patient in need enough, they could be entered into a vat of this fluid.

The main symptoms were orange skin, groove signs and indurations of the affected extremities, scleroderma-like signs. All patients had peripheral eosinophilia and increased creatine-kinase (CK). Pathologic findings were thickening and inflammation of the fascia and normal epidermis.

I'm considering 3 alternatives. 1. Steroid injections for as long as they'll work 2. Spinal Fusion 3. Disk replacement

Can anyone give me some really good points on the pros and cons of each decision? I'm really all over the place in what to decide. I'm afraid of steroids and the quick fix and brittle bones but I'm also afraid of surgery. So which is the lesser of 2 evils?

Would a hospital usually tell you the full genotype of your blood type (ie AO or AA instead of just A)? And when would they most give you this info? (ie when you're born, when you go in for a check-up, etc).

Just to add....Yes, I know they have the techniques and COULD give you the genotype, but I want to know if it is common for them to actually disclose your genotype without you having to ask. thanks!

I know the stethoscopes used in the NICU are different than regular stethoscopes, and I've looked at some, but I don't know which stethoscope is the best one.

Her regular stethoscope is a Littmann, and I know she likes it a lot. I've been looking at the 28" Littmann Classic II Infant Stethoscope. Is that a good choice? I found it on sale for about $70. I wouldn't mind spending up to $100 for one that's good quality.
