Lots of bad information out there, hope this puts things straight:
First: Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Naproxen and other anti-inflammatories are hard on the stomach, kidneys, and ear. Acetaminophen is not an anti-inflammatory and doesn't affect those organs.
Second: Acetaminophen is converted into a poison in the liver and then quickly converted into a pain reliever by a natural chemical in the body called glucuronate. Your body has enough glucuronate to detoxify between 4,000-10,000mg of acetaminophen--it varies from person to person.
If you have more acetaminophen (Tylenol) than your body can detoxify you will poison your liver. If you poison your liver with too much acetaminophen you will die in about 10 days or so unless you can get a liver transplant. There was a time in the early 80s where a few teens tried to kill themselves by taking large doses (50-100tablets) of tylenol.
At 5-6 tablets you should be safe, but I wouldn't want to go any higher. Besides, anything more than 2 has no additional pain relief effect, just more side effects. If you DID take more than 8 tablets you would want to go to the emergency room. There is an antidote to Acetaminophen (Tylenol) poisoning called acetylcysteine (aka Mucomyst) but it has to be used early to be useful.

Answer is no you will not overdose. But you have to be careful. Extra strength Tylenol has 500 mg. If you take too much Tylenol you can destroy your liver which will cause serious problems.
Aspirin and ibuprofen like drugs endanger your stomach, Tylenol does not. At your young age your metabolism is also different from an adults.

Jason the pharmacist, PharmD, I assume :-) is correct.
I am a nurse, and let me tell you, what you did was stupid. But of course, it's a joke, you just posted the message to get people worry about you. So if it's a joke, shame on you. Find something else to do to get attention.
So if it's real, you either have to go on a waiting list for liver transplant, or you will die in pain in a few days.
Find something else to do with you free time or you will be reported and the police will come knocking on your door to really see if you're sick.
Now run along.

There is really nothing much in Extra Strength Tylenol to overdose on--other than acetaminophen. You should find something a little more constructive to do with your free time.

Kiddo,
I have no idea why you and your friend would do that, and I won't ask. Nor will I make any judgements. I only want to say that there is a link where you can go to find the information that you are asking about. I have pasted it below.
Be at peace Kiddo.

5 or 6 isn't enough to overdose on. It's the maximum allowed in a 24 hour period of time. If you had some food in your stomache before you took them then it shouldn't be too bad off.

THAT WAS STUPID!!!!! You'll likely not have serious, immediate, problems, but do have any idea what that does to you liver???? You might have liver problems that will heal itself, only because of your age, but if you do it again and again, you will likely try other things and all kick the crapp out of your liver-as well as other organs.
If it is recent enough -with in the past hour or two- try to barf some of it up. NOW.

That was really stupid... Wouldnt it be smarter to think about whether you would be harming yourself, BEFORE you did it? You might get sick taking that many, you wont die, but for Goodness sake, dont do it again. What you will do, if you take pills like that, in too high of doses, is tear apart your stomach lining and possibly kill your liver....pain that you dont want to feel for the sake of being cool....
