I mean applied topically, but it wouldn't hurt if some of this stuff entered the body. Like if one were a patient in need enough, they could be entered into a vat of this fluid.

It is an interesting theory, but different diseases and sicknesses are caused by different bacteria and viruses, and some by genetic mutations. Since each type of bacteria and virus requires a different antibody or treatment to kill or treat it, it is impossible with our current scientific knowledge to be able to kill every germ with anything short of boiling your body. And I don't think that would end up too well. And genetic mutations are a different story. Long story short, no, such a thing is impossible, at least for the time being.

In theory, I think that a good application of such a product would be burn victims.
