ever wonder why there are so many over weight people here in america.it;s because the FDA.is letting the big food chains pollute our food with all kinds of chemicals.and most all medication is;nt needed at all.most doctors know it to.but they get a kick back for every pill they prescribe to you.

I'm on wellbutrin normally and am currently over-seas so my familiy sends me my refills. I usually had the 300mg white circlular ones... but recently they sent me ones that look like:

*yellow
*skinny oval shaped
*with the numbers 682 on them

What is this?? Is it still wellbutrin?

I stopped smoking for three months and now within the last three months have been smoking marijuana at least twice a week but not more than 4 times a week. I have under 10% body fat and I'm in phenomenal physical condition. I haven't smoked for 4 days now and may have a drug test within the next 7-10 days. Will I pass a drug test? If not could someone recommend a reputable masking agent that would allow me to pass the test?

thanks

Suppose some surgeon by mistake forgets to remove a SWAB during operation from some patient's abdomen.
Few days after operation that patient dies because of sepsis & complications.
In that type of cases----''doctrine of res ipsa loquitur''---- applies very clearly.
So EVEN after the thing speaks for itself ;
must some plaintiff prove GROSSNESS of negligence or
wrong intention (Mens Rea) of that doctor;
beyond all reasonable doubts to make him CRIMINALLY liable in India??
And if that plaintiff fails to do so will court set that doctor free from charges of criminal negligence in India?
