My stupid doctor knows only one med; Stilnox.

And I already know that there is Diphenhydramine (Benedryl).

Do you know other prescription sleeping meds?

Stilnox and Ambien are the same drug, marketed in different countries. That's a good list; there are others but I would try those first. Again the trade name might be different for Lunesta and Sonata based on region. Lorazepam is the chemical (generic) name, and it will be the same everywhere. In the U.S. the most common trade name for it is Ativan.
