I'm on wellbutrin normally and am currently over-seas so my familiy sends me my refills. I usually had the 300mg white circlular ones... but recently they sent me ones that look like:

*yellow
*skinny oval shaped
*with the numbers 682 on them

What is this?? Is it still wellbutrin?

It's generic wellbutrin, 300mg.

I'd call the pharmacy where the bottle came from and ask them to clarify what exactly they filled for you. You sure don't want to take something that's NOT Wellbutrin that could interact with your body in a bad way (especially while you're overseas and away from your normal doctor). Generics are fine to take in place of Wellbutrin, but I'd double check with the pharmacy to find out for sure so you don't hurt yourself by taking something that's not what you think it is. :)
