We know that the air above 3000ft is 10 deg cooler than the ground temperature. If we can suck that cool air and pump into the room inside that is like air conditioning with out air conditioner. We need only suction pump and light weight hose up to 3000 ft hight.
The main difficulty is that the construction of suction line. But for big building we can check the electricity cost, equipment cost, environment friend, etc to evaluate the idea.

Since brain waves are electromagnetic waves, why hasn't anyone invented something that can recieve these waves and translate them (in essence reading someone's thoughts) ?

I want to conduct a study to perform an experiment with the less number of test specimens possible using t-student statistics to validate it.

There are ASTM and ACI standards to the tests but they don't consider the case with small sample or a little number of specimens (they said 30 or more).

I hadn't been able to contact or to look into the standard references for more information 'cause all of those websites try to sell information. Where can I investigate more?

For instance, a 3' pipe, with 2" ID has 1.302 PSI at the base. Does a 3' tall chamber, with a 12" ID on top and 2" ID at the base still only have 1.302 PSI? Does the added volume have no effect?

I want to build a display case that when the light inside is off you cannot see what is in there. I am going off the inverted concept of tinted glass where you cannot see what is inside if there is a light on the outside. I think if I put tinted glass on the outside with the tinted part facing the outside of the case, and I put a small light on the inside, you will only be able to see what is inside that case if the light is flicked on, otherwise it is dark. is this possible?
