Hi. I want to know what the best light weight body armour is, for stopping long range and light rounds combined. Im guessing its kelvar, but want a suggestion as to the type and model.

in the experience that your standards are purely that that is mild-weight and provides the optimal secure practices from blunt products (fists, bats, etc) then i think of styrofoam could be by some distance between the main suitable strategies.
