The lowest VOLTAGE (not necessarily power consumption) for refrigerators is 12 Volt DC. There are many models.

Are you sure you don't want to look at the power consumption in KWh, The same fridge motor can be modified to use various voltages which gives an inaccurate comparison. Power is always the same regardless of voltage.
