My little sister wants a hedgehog, and has done extensive research on them. One thing she came across puzzled us- they are outlawed in certain states, but it never said why. We thought it might be due to a disease they could carry, but we can't find the reason.

The question is (1,4), (5,7). And I know you start out Y=mx+b

and so far I got y=3/4x+b.
But this is where I get stuck. How do you find out what B is from the two points givin?
