Your finger nails never repair themselves - more just grows. By the same token damaged blood is replaced not repaired. I think the answer must be teeth, or perhaps a particular kind of neurone.

The heart doesn't have the ability to repair itself. It can only be fixed with medical help.

The nervous system, the reason is that nerve cells do not multiply or reproduce. So if you damage or sever the nerves in your back at certain vertebrae you will be paralyzed for your entire life. The reason nerve cells do not reproduce is that are stuck in what is called the G0 g-zero stage and they do not respond to any growth factors

Nerve cells don't replicate themselves in adults, so the nervous system cannot replace damaged cells.
