It will only contribute to global warming, might as well save the taxpayers money and shoot the bad guy.

I'd just come in from the cold when I read it. I thought "... Mmmm, cosy".

If it's an RF system, you'd be safe from it if clothed in metal impregnated cloth. Of course, you'd need a balaclava too.

I don't believe their claims that it is non-lethal. If you've got a pace-maker and that thing sweeps by you... Game Over my friend!

I find it rather sad that all of Humanities scientific creativity and invention is focussed on better and more efficient ways to butcher each other.
If you think that this is non lethal then you will believe in anything won't you?

So long as it isn't used for torture it could be a good alternative to shooting people dead.

Maybe the money would be better spent ensuring they have to do neither.

I think it's great. Using this weapon, the military can engage hostile targets who may be embedded with civilians and children and not risk innocent casualties.
