Yeah, the standard FM frequency range isn't going to get you there without several relays. That kind of distance is usually covered by a microwave system. But those systems are very high power, usually around 10kW, and take some experience in setting up.

You might get better answers if you gave more details as to what you have to do, what you can spend, and any other limitations you might face?

If you're saying 200 kilometers, you can't. The wavelength that FM links work at won't go around the curvature of the earth and are kept to low power so they have minimum range.
