It's already happened. I recall seeing a television special ("National Geographic", maybe) about human powered flight. It was a pedal-powered ultralight aircraft. The developers found a young athlete, a marathon runner, if I recall correctly, known for his endurance. He took off and flew over the English Channel under his own power. This was about 20 years ago.
I couldn't immediately find reference to it, but try googling "human powered flight", or check out the source I listed.
If you're talking about genetic engineering to breed people with wings, or antigravity devices, we're a long way off.

Nope.
Did you see the man flying with a jet pack in the Rose Parade? His jet pack appeared identical to, and had identical capabilities (you can fly for only about 30 seconds!!), as the jet pack used in the Lost In Space TV series 'way back in 1967. No progress in jet pack technology in 40 years!

Not using solely human power. Technology will not increase muscle power in 30 years.

What are aircraft, hang gliders, etc. about right now?
If you add *any* mechanical technology to a human body that isn't part of our essential biology to achieve flight, that is part of the same general mechanical means of flight that has been around for over 100 years.

uh...we can fly now, and I'm not talking about a jet. You can get anything from a Ultra-light from 5 grand to a Prop-Plane for 60 grand. And you can be flying by dinner.

as in you flapping your arms up and down and achieving flight i'm gunna say no. I do think that air travel will become less expensive or perhaps be less of a corporation and more of a private venture (more small airports and cheaper smaller planes that don't hold as many passengers)

do you mean in other than airplanes? Probably not, the research for such things would have to be underway now, and there aren't many companies looking ito it, the fuel/energy question for powering such a device would need to be solved first
