Trying to Conceive - March 2007

I have been trying to concieve a baby for 4 years now and have recently went to a new doc and he put me on a low carb diet, because I have pcos. I have went through surgery and been on fertility pills to help me concieve all which has not worked. Now I have lost 30 pounds and am finding myself, thinking that if I dont have a baby its okay. Now I am not sure if I want kids after everything I have been through. Should I quit trying?

ok me and my fiance have been trying for a month to get pregnant. and i was wondering other than saying take a test what do you think. for the last 3 weeks been feeeling really sick, got sick 2 days ago but only 3 times in a day which is pretty weird for flu considering usually i throw up every 15 minutes. i got a period but it was only 3 days and irregular. not light light but i also heard you can mistaken your period and implantation bleeding feeling really bloated and i cant even sip 10 sips of coffee without having the urge to throw up. every second day me and my fiance have been ttc. im tired more than usual and been starting to get headaches? could i be pregnant again. sorry ive been asking so much of these questions not many people answerr

My husband and I have decided to start trying for our first child in May of this year. I am trying to get him to agree to April instead. I have tried so many reasons for starting, but he seems to be pretty firm about May b/c we have always planned on May. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can say that can possibly convince him to go ahead. I am happy about May, but I am so excited that I just don't want to wait. Thanks!

Today is the 43 rd day and it's still not here and there is no sign of it. I had some tightness in my stomach a few days ago, and I thought it's coming, but I didn't get it. I took 2 pregnancy tests and they were both negative. I had sex every second day of my period. and I don't have any pregnancy symptoms like nausea or sore breasts... What do you guys think?

i was prescribe clomid today by my fertility doctor.how long after you take it does it start to work?when do you start feeling the side effects also?the dr prescribed it to me because my boyfriend had low(not that low)sperm count and said that if i take it will help with the follicule(i hope i understood that correctly).also if my boyfriend has 40% sperm count rather than 50 should our timing of intercourse be every 2 or 3 days???

Is it any other way to determine is you are fertile or not other than charting and OPK. Please help I have been TTC since I miscarried in May and have not had any luck I am about to just say forget it. I just started my period yesterday first one since Jan 30. My bleeding is normal. Last week on Wed I so some very light blood as I wiped and then again on Sun. Please help what could it be.

I've been ttc for 6 months. But I never notice an egg white discharge at ovulation, I do have some cervical mucous, but its creamy like hand lotion, can you still get pregnant even if you don't have any egg white cervical mucous? Has anyone here gotten pregnant without it?

I'm 23 and trying to conceive ...although we tried quite a bit after my last period (which started on March 2) but I guess I didn't ovulate (I tracked it with OPK). However, I've been getting cramps since 2 days ...could it be my period again or I might be pregnant? Is there any science that says women in their 20's can conceive relatively easier?

I recently posted a question about weather I was pregnant or not. We would love to have a baby and my symptoms sound promising but I have took another pregnancy test and again it was negative. Yesterday I started having lower back pain and abdominal pressure (not the usual cramps that I get monthly just pressure) and I still have them.Last week I had some brown spotting and I had a little today but nothing major. I do not feel as if I am getting ready to start and now I am almost 4 weeks late!! I'm not sure what to think! I'm open to listen to all opinions.

my doc had my hubby tested for sperm mobility. well he has a low sperm count .she said he is at 15.4% and should be at 20% . so we have to see a urologist . i was just wondering what to expect when we go. like what test will they do or is there any med that they might give him and should we stay away for any meds,or any other advise is welcome

If you are pregnant, would your opk sticks be invalid? Does the pregnancy hormone cause you not to have a LH surge? I have been doing opk and think might be pregnant(by way feel) and haven't seen a line next to the control line at all. I am almost done with sticks.

It has now been almost 4 weeks later, and she still hasn't passed it naturally. She was going to try that before she had a d&c. My question is, should she be so tired and exhausted. She is getting plenty of sleep, but she says she is worn out all the time. Is this normal after an embryo has died, or could she be getting sick b/c it has been 4 weeks? The doctor doesn't seemed to be worried about it, but I am. Has anyone gone through a similiar thing?

I have a 3 month old son and I love him to death but I can't stop thinking of having a nother baby.I love my husband alot and he told me he wants to get the house done first will we will have the house done by the middle of April, 2007.But I want to get pregnant again.I don't want to be old when my kids move out of the house.I still want to be young.I will be 21 in Sept.and my husband will be 21 in Dec. and my son will be one in Dec. I went off the patch last month and I had a period a week later. Today is day 26 of my cycle. I was wondering...since this will be my fist whole month without being on the patch, how long do you think I should wait before I take a test. I have heard some girls on here say they are on day 30. I just don't want to get all excited on day 29 and then not be pregnant. How many days do you think I should wait untill I am 'late' ???

I had my last period Febuary 28 and that last cycle i had brown spotting for a whole week till i got my period. i had unprotected sex with my husband 2 weeks after my cycle stop
this month i had no brown spotting and i am due for periode on March 28 i did have a really bad headach yesturday i do have really sore breast i do fill bloated i have been moodly on March 26 ,but now iam fine. i did not break out on my face this month i always break out on my face before my cycle starts then it goes away after it starts. i know every women is different ,but should i wate a couple of more days or go and get a test from the drug store?

I am ttc this is our 6 month trying. My period is not due till Saturday. I tested on Monday morning and I thought I might of seen a very very light + but not for sure so I test Tuesday morning with a cheap test and got a - my brest have been very sore all week never been this sore with pms I am praying that I am preg I (feel preg) if that makes any since I have also been dizzy on and off but not had any spoting

my last period was feburary 19. my periods have always been irregular. they never come at the same time,i should have started by now, so i dont know if i should still wait or take a test. we have been tryin since nov. and still no luck. we are both scared that it will come back as another negative. every test that comes back neg. it breaks mine and my fiance's heart, hes 21 and wants kids young as do i. im younger than he is! Ok I had my period March 18th and was off March 23rd. My husband and I have had sex every day since Friday. The thing is,is I had a baby 6 months ago. Will this affect me getting pregnant or is my body healed and ready enough for another pregnancy. Also what are the chances of a pregnancy?
