Your cycle starts on the FIRST day of your period... that is considered to be day 1. And then it ends when your next cycle begins (the first day of the next period). Average time is 28 days, but could be more or less depending. Ovulation is approx 14 days from the first day of your period. Good luck!

It is the first day of your last period to the first day of your next period. Try using the ovulation calendar on www.babycenter.com and it will give you the approximate dates for most likely to be fertile. Good luck!!

The first day of your cycle is actually day one of your period. The average women's cycle is 28 - 30 days. Most women ovulate around day 14 (counting from day one of your period).
Good luck and try not to stress out, my husband and I have been trying since November. It doesn't always happen immediately.

The cycle is calculated from the first day of your period until the first day of the next one. Normally it's about 4 weeks (28 days to be exact) but can vary by few days.

Your cycle is from the 1st day of your period to the last day before your next period.
Your most fertile period is about 14 days after your period so it is best to get 'busy' around that time.
Have fun and good luck!
