We've been through this recently. Our urologist looked at the first set of results, and said that often, the first result isn't as good as it could be, simply because the whole experience is so weird for most men. He ordered a second semen analysis, and an ultrasound of my husband's testicles, as well as some blood tests for things like testosterone and prolactin, and other hormones. He also did a physical exam, where he examined my husband's penis and testicles, as well as a digital-rectal exam to check the prostate. My husband said, "He poked around my junk a lot."

Wait and see what the urologist says. I know it can be discouraging, and frustrating. I hope it turns out well for you. I wish you the best of luck.
