ive been with someone for a year with no protection and i havent been able to get pregnant...is there anything i can try without having to see a doctor about it???

he should wear boxers and not whitey tighties
limit the stress
after sex, stay flat on your back for 60 minutes with a pillow under your buttocks
and have the doctor do a semen exam on him...he will have to donate a fresh specimen and take it to the lab for them to look at under the microscope...usually used to see if they are motile or not

Well i was with my b/f 2 years with no protection or the pill ever and i just recently got pregnant out of no where ! for a minute i was getting scared thinking i was unable to have children. so i looked at what i was doin different : we had just moved out of state and before we were both so busy we were constantly eating out and i was not working out, then when we moved after a year and a half all those eating outs caught up to me and i wanted to lose weight so i started eating healthy and excercising and then 2 months later i got pregnant! so to sum it all up you have to be in good health to have a better chance to get pregnant try working out and eating healthy and taking a daily vitamen and most likely you will have a better chance at getting pregnant,, also no smoking,drinking, etc...

I would suggest seeing a doctor because my sister is in the same position, she went to the doctor and she was told that she has limited or little horomones to produce a baby.
