I am about 12 weeks pregnant & I went 2 the e.r 3 days ago for having small amounts of brown blood when I wiped.Now I went 2 the bathroom & there was a small blood clot am I having a misscarrage.Oh by the way there is no pain please let me no if u had this happen b4

My LMP was on CD26 (Aug. 24) and my previous periods were CD32...any ideas on why this one came early?? I have been TTC for 2 months now, if im not pregnant, when should i expect my next period?

I went this morning for the nuchal fold test and the baby would not cooperate and lay the way they wanted. She/he was jumping around and posing for the camera. I have to go back on Monday to try again. She/he was in there playing and sucking her thumb. So cute!

I had a fluid build up on my right fallopian tube. Doctor said that he would monitor it. Has anyone else had this? If so, what was the outcome? I ma 12 1/2 weeks (tho baby is measuring 13 1/2).

My OB and I have mutually agreed on a C-section. Can anyone tell me what they are really like during and after? How long does recovery take? Please be optimistic, I don't think I could handle any horror stories. LOL

me and my bf really, really want a baby... we've talked about it for months, thought everything through and have decided that we're ready. The only thing stopping me is that i know my mum will dislike it if i was to fall pregnant i've mentioned it to her alot lately and sh has expressed that she doesn't like the idea. i don't want to dissapoint her but i also don't want to dissapoint my boyf as he really has his hopes up about having a baby together!

If i was to become pregnant, how should i deal with telling my parents?

i'm 19 years old, my boyf is 22. i'm a uni student and attend uni 1 full day and 2 afternoons a week.

Hey, I've been taking my temps. My temp was still high this morning. Could that mean that my period won't come today. Doesn't your temp usually go down right before your period is coming? My period usually comes in the morning time, so I figured it wasn't coming today if I had a high temp this morning when I woke up. Thanks for your advice.

i was giving a list at the doctor but now i can't find it. LOL I am 28 weeks pregnant and keep getting really bad heart burn and indigestion. i have taken roliads and it seemed like they give the dang indigestion. then i heard that a teaspoon of vinager would help with indigestion and it just came right back up. i want to know if there is anything that is safe to take before calling the doctor for a presciption like alkasleker or anything over the counter?

Let me start off by saying I KNOW your not doctors im just looking for someone w/ some experience !!

I was laying in bed last night and I was having the weirdest feeling in my stomach ever, Ive NEVER experienced it, it DID NOT feel like cramps or gas, it was something completely different, it was in the middle of my stomach it was just a really weird feeling, I am now 5 days late for my period and those little bumps around your areola have no multiplied, my left nipple is sore and I have been nauseated, dizzy and have been have heartburn, also been very fatigued, But i took a pregnancy test and it was Neg. Could I be pregnant ??

I'm going to have blood taken to confirm or deny pregnancy because I have been so sick today at 4:30. The phone nurse said that it could take a day or two before the results are in, unless they send me to the hospital to get a stat blood test. Why does it take so long?

Is it just me! I can really understand people posting questions on here and gathering information regarding certain subjects, even seeking advice when there in a tricky situation - ie guidance on relationships etc but for gods sake why do so many people ask silly questions like " i think i'm having a miscarrige right now what should i do"??? Isnt that a bit like saying, "my baby just got run over by a 4 x 4 - what should i do? This sort of question is over a matter of life and death!!
Is it just me being picky lol x

I had EXTREME fatigue during weeks 9-13 of my pregnancy
On week 14 it had gone away, my energy was back!
Now I am on week 16 since yesterday and I am sluggish again, severely.
Is this normal?

I had a baby in july 2006 who was stillborn at 37 weeks and 6 days it broke my heart and my heart will always have apart missing for her, I am now 13 weeks pregnant again, and i had a ultrasound done a few weeks ago that came up showing there was abit too much fluid around the neck and I have to have further tests to see if the fetus has down sydrome, please don't give me all ur religious crap,my mother has worked with people with interlectual disabilities now for over 15 years and knows how hard it is to take care of someone with a interlectual disability and also the other medical problems that come with it and how stressful it is to take care of children with disabilities. If my baby has down sydrome i couldn't bear to get rid of it but im scared that me and my partner won't be able to raise a child like that, im scared that i will do wrong by the baby and allowing it to have a painful and unfulfilling life. What would you do and what do you think are things i need to think about?

Hi all...some of you may have been floowing my posts lately - but I said I'd keep you all updated. For those of you who don't know..my wife had 2 miscarriages this year - last one in July (21st)...she didn't have a period since and we found out a few weeks back that she is pregnant again...she's been pretty sick as past 2 weeks and had a slight bit of spotting yesterday (just the once, and none since)...today we were due to have a scan..we did....and she's 7 weeks and 5 days! (we thought she was 6 weeks and 3 days)..and we heard the heartbeat!! Both the doc and the nurse said it was a good strong heartbeat and everything looked good...as for the spotting...he told us that it sometimes happens and everything looks v.good! We are so delighted - can't stop smiling! He advised us to avoid sex until after the 12 weeks and for my wife to relax+do nothing strenuous..I hope this is a good sign, now that we've heard a heartbeat! When does that make her due?

could this be a miscarrage? i recently started to believe i may be pregnant i have been feeling nausias, urinating frequently, sore back, my period is late and have sore breasts. if i am pregnant it would be around 5 weeks. im quite young and dont know much about this..anyway 5days ago i started to get really bad cramps and started to spot i was bleeding really lightly until yesterday it got really heavy same as today and in the blood i have noticed large hard clots and for these past 5 days had severe cramps that keep me awake at night and back pain. im not sure but could this be a miscarrage?? please help im really scared and would appreciate to know what you think!

Forgive my bluntness, but I recall from an old medical textbook that 'aggressive cunnilingus' might actually force air into the strained vessels on the inside of a woman's vaginal canal, which in turn could cause an embolism. Is this actually a credible risk, or is it just alarmism that has been abandoned over the years?

That i had an abortion on saturday. I'm only 15 and i know she'll be disappointed but people said i should tell her because if she finds out from somewhere else then she might got more angry and upset that i went through it without her. So far i'm doing my best to cover it all up and she hasn't noticed anything she just thinks i'm on my period. I don't think i want to tell her because i know she'll judge me and hate my boyfriend plus the possibility she tells my dad is too risky and my dad is scary when he's angry. did you sleep like crazy?? I went to bed last night at 9:30 and slept straight until 7;30. Then I got up for about a half hour because I was hungry but by ten min after eight I was about to pass out so I went back to bed and slept until noon. And the only reason I woke up then was because my honey came home for lunch. I stayed up just long enough to watch a movie and by two/two thirty I was passed back out until 5:15. It's now 10:00 (I live in Alaska) and here I am yawning already about to head to bed. I was just curious if anyone else slept like this when they were pregnant. I am 21 weeks along. Thanks!
