It's very possible it could be a miscarriage. You go to the doctor and get checked out just in case. Good Luck!

It could be a period problem or it could be a miscarriage, no one would know for sure until you have an internal exam. Best have it checked because if it is a miscarriage, you would need medical help to ensure that the uterus is 'clean' of all material and that an infection will not flare up.
"Most women who have an early miscarriage do not require medical treatment. The uterus empties itself as it would during a heavy menstrual period. However, if an ultrasound examination shows that there is pregnancy tissue remaining in the uterus, a physician may recommend a dilation and curettage procedure or medication to induce the uterus to expel the tissue. All pregnancy tissue must be expelled and/or removed from the uterus to prevent infection. In cases of recurrent miscarriage, further testing and treatment is performed to determine the possible cause and prevent recurrence."

It could be a miscarriage, or it could just be your period. Sometimes when you really think you're pregnant you get the symptoms (sore breasts, sore back, urinating more often, yada yada yada), even though you're really not. Your best bet is to go to the doctor. Even if it's not a miscarriage, it sounds like something that needs medical attention.
Good luck!

At least 1 in 5 women have at one miscarriage in their lives... its nothing to be worried about it that is what happened, especially this early on in the pregnancy.
You do need to go see your OBGYN and tell him what happened, he is going to want to do a pap smear, blood work, and a pelvic exam when you are done bleeding to make sure you are ok even if it was just an odd period.
Ive had 2 miscarriages, 2 before my 12th week, don't worry, just go to the doc and have him look at you to make sure everything is ok.
GOOD LUCK!
